Valerian participates in 20/30 Club's Personal Finance panel discussion

Liberty Bank Chairman & CEO Bill Valerian joined a panel of experts to discuss "Personal Finance" as part of an education program hosted by The Cleveland Professional Twenty-Thirty Club at downtown Cleveland's Hermit Club on April 3. Topics of discussion included banking, investments, accounting/tax and insurance.

Liberty celebrates Beachwood Branch Opening

Liberty Bank customers in Cleveland's eastern suburbs now have greater access to full-service banking. Bank officials were joined by Beachwood Mayor Merle S. Gorden in cutting the ribbon for the bank's new Beachwood Branch at Signature Square.

Valerian receives Distinguished Marketing & Sales Award

William A. Valerian, Chairman, President and CEO of Liberty Bank, N.A., was honored as a recipient of the 2006 Distinguished Marketing and Sales Award (DMSA) presented by Sales and Marketing Executives of Cleveland (SME) at an awards dinner at Cleveland's InterContinental Hotel on February 23.
The Distinguished Marketing and Sales Awards are the profession's premier honor to acknowledge excellence and provide community recognition for outstanding sales and marketing achievements. Mr. Valerian was selected based on his successful leadership in sales and marketing, superior planning and organizational skills, and his strong community and professional involvement.
Presenting the award to Mr. Valerian is Mr. Glenn Renwick, President and CEO of Progressive Corporation, who was honored as SME's 2006 Business Executive of the Year.
Liberty Bank celebrates expansion into the east side commercial district

Liberty Bank celebrated its new Beachwood office opening at Signature Square, in conjunction with the bank's 15th anniversary.
"The Beachwood community provides some of the best banking opportunities in the state of Ohio," said Mr. Valerian. "This move is consistent with our pattern of growth and allows further expansion of the bank and added convenience for our customers."

Liberty Bank's loan servicing, operations and administrative staff are housed at the Beachwood office. Customers in the east side suburbs now have greater access to open accounts and make business deposits. The bank plans to add a retail office and drive-up auto teller ATM in the near future.

The new 8,100 square-foot facility features an open environment with state-of-the-art technology, training facilities and additional meeting space.
