Liberty Bank, N.A. expands Loan Services team

June 8, 2006; Beachwood, Ohio -- Liberty Bank, N.A. today announced the appointment of five new members of the bank's Loan Services team: Adam T. Cook as Assistant Vice President/Manager of Loan Services; Daniel E. Johnson as Consumer Lending Manager; Christopher J. Massie as Assistant Vice President of Commercial Lending; Joel Solak as Assistant Vice President of Commercial Lending; and, Donald M. Waytes Jr. as Commercial Credit Analyst.

Adam T. Cook has more than 15 years of banking and technology expertise. Cook was previously a Client Consultant and Account Executive for FISERV VISION. He earned a Bachelor of Arts at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, and is a resident of Lakewood.

Daniel E. Johnson joins Liberty Bank from Midwest Financial, Inc. in Columbus, Ohio. He previously worked in Cleveland with Premier Marketing Associates and Fifth Third/Maxus Investment Group. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and a Minor in Marketing from Bowling Green State University and resides in Cleveland Heights.

Christopher J. Massie has more than 10 years of experience in commercial, residential lending and sales management. Massie was previously the Assistant Vice President and Business Banking Officer with U.S. Bank, serving the Greater Cleveland area. As a cum laude graduate of David N. Myers University, Massie earned a Bachelor of Science degree. He resides in Amherst.

Joel Solak brings 20 years of experience in banking and loan underwriting to Liberty Bank. Most recently he was the Middle Market Commercial Loan Officer and Vice President for National City and Provident Banks in Cleveland. A resident of Lakewood, Solak earned a Bachelor in Business Administration from Kent State University.

Donald M. Waytes has worked over the past 10 years in a variety of business banking, investment management and commercial credit departments for Charter One Bank, National City Bank, KeyBank and Huntington National Bank. He earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Lake Erie College and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Cleveland State University. He resides in Painesville.
