*The Annual Percentage Rate (APR) on all new Liberty Bank home equity lines of credit will vary monthly based on the Wall Street Journal's Prime Rate (Prime) plus or minus a margin, depending on the home's value, the amount of the home equity line, your credit history and if payments are automatically deducted from a checking account. For home equity lines under $100,000, the margin may vary from Prime minus 0.50% to Prime plus 2.00% (as of 10/16/09, these rates range from 5.00% APR to 7.50% APR). For home equity lines of $100,000 or more, the margin may vary from Prime minus 0.75% to Prime plus 1.75% (as of 10/16/09, these rates range from 4.75% APR to 7.25% APR ). The minimum Prime rate for home equity lines of credit is 5.50%. The maximum rate on all home equity lines of credit is 18.00% APR. The minimum size of the line is $20,000. There are no closing costs if you meet the minimum initial usage requirements. Otherwise, you will be required to reimburse us for certain fees paid to third parties. These closing costs normally range from $500 to $700. A $50 annual fee applies after the first year. An early termination fee of $500 will apply if the home equity line is closed within the first 60 months. Property insurance is required, and the borrower may have to pay title and flood insurance. All Liberty Bank home equity lines of credit are subject to receipt of a complete application, credit approval, a supporting appraisal and a clean title search. The minimum payment of interest only, due monthly, may result in a single payment of principal due at maturity. Consult a tax advisor regarding the deductibility of interest.
